Reviews and Ratings
The hotel looked amazing online compared to reality and was near the boulevard and other attractions, but unfortunately was dirty and located next to the elevator where people constantly talked while waiting.
The hotel offers comfortable and spacious rooms with a balcony, though lacking washcloths. The service can be improved with friendlier interactions and transparent payment policies. Its location near Hollywood Blvd is convenient but may feel sketchy at night. The dining options leave much to be desired, despite some included offerings.
The hotel is in a convenient location near the Hollywood Walk of Fame with good off-street parking at a reasonable price. The rooms lack modern amenities, such as a closet and hangers, but are decent for a short stay.
The hotel rooms were a little smaller than some, but they looked exactly as promised via advertising. They had very good space, which was a pleasant surprise. However, it was a disappointment in some aspects.
My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable and enjoyable. The room, although a bit noisy due to its proximity to the road, was clean and cozy. The service was helpful and accommodating. The location was excellent, close to tourist attractions but away from the noisy areas. The dining options were average. Overall, a good value for the price paid.
My stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms, while of good size, were in a quite “used” condition. The king-size bed was comfortable, and the en suite had a bath and shower, but the lit commercial billboard outside was a bit bothersome. The service was attentive, with prompt refills, but some staff members were extremely rude. The location was convenient, close to everything and easy to get to Universal Studios, right on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood. The dining options were lacking in savory items, offering mainly pastries and sugary items.
